[Request] Ability to Merge documents

I recently purchased your app and I'm impressed with the excellent work you've done. Prior to using PaperParrot, I was using Swift-Paperless, which was sufficient but lacked certain key features that I needed for my workflow, such as Custom Fields. I was pleased to find these features in your application, along with many other useful tools.

One feature that I'm currently missing is the ability to merge documents, a functionality that is currently only available in the web version of Paperless-ngx. I would like to request that you consider adding this feature to the app in a future update.
