When is the official version 3.0 expected to be released? Are there any schedule?

I really like some features of version 3.0. However, upgrading the entire project requires great caution. So I want to make a decision based on the schedule, whether to upgrade to version 3.0 or stay with version 2.0 for the time being.

There is not a specific schedule, but v3 is feature complete and the API is not expected to change. I mainly want to fix some issues and edge case bugs before calling it a stable 3.0.

I'd say it depends on your project. It may make sense to upgrade sooner so that new code is created in v3. Or if you're rushing to finish a set of features for a deadline, focus on that for now.
