After latest update to app v1.18.1, my Ledger Nano S Plus gets frozen (with black screen, only power-cycle helps to get it back on), when its idle for few minutes, when Ethereum app is running on device

Steps to reproduce
Enough to power on the device, start ethereum app, leave it aside for few minutes.
Expected behaviour
Screen saver should go on and device get locked, but usable after unlocking with pin code
Actual behaviour
Screen will turn black and device becomes unresponsive, despite connected to power
