Speed up site loading

So far I see very poor caching in CloudFlare,which then needs to fetch it from the bucket.

First look at improving the caching. 

Maybe we can also try rendering the html of only the first 100-200 instance types and lazy loading the rest so we serve smaller static content and make sure it's properly cached.
