Feature Request: Add configurable timeout/interval to set title 

Hi! this is my request :D

**Issue:**
Some pages set the TITLE dynamically, so they override the ReTitle name

**Proposal:**
Add a configurable value input value to type a numeric timeout or interval to set the title again. I think an `interval` would be ideal as it would fix any override that the page does.

Something like, "every 5 seconds set the title again"
