Support React 19

Currently the latest supported React version is 18, however 19 is already available. It would be nice to also support 19.

Thanks @peri4n for raising this issue and thanks @jjti for tagging me. Spent some time working on this (see draft PR #288). The main issue is that our demo uses semantic-ui-react which doesn't support React 19:

@jjti any thoughts? The Seqviz package itself can work without it but I don't think we want to break the demo page.

Btw, it looks like semantic-ui-react is no longer being maintained (Semantic-Org/Semantic-UI-React#4528). Perhaps the solution is to do a complete overhaul of the demo page and use something like Material UI. Otherwise, it’s going to keep us from upgrading our dependencies.
