Add value objects for the options clause

Adding value objects for the options method would help greatly to

• improve cognitive load
• improve IDE support
• lessen the need to revert to ArangoDB's documentation.

While doing this dynamic properties need to be possible to prevent blocking new features. (case in point: ArangoSearch primarySort wasn't supported by the official client for a long time)

Different value objects depending on the use case of the options clause will need to be implemented.
