CKEditor and TinyMCE add-ons - are they installable?

@karandatwani92 has reported that he can't install these two add-ons.

I checked, it was because they were private instead of public. I've just

• made them public
• added them to Packagist

So now people should be able to install them - albeit the beta versions. BUT. We still need make our demo use them the right way (through packagist), so that we go through the process a developer would - and create the proper branches/instructions.

Both installed from packagist on demo.
Both packages have the instructions and customization options in their readme (missing a screenshot and the packagist badges) TBD on launch.

Both packages are mentioned in the upgrade guide.
