Questions Regarding Premium Plan and Add-ons

Hello Backpack Team,

I'm very interested in the Premium Plan — particularly the offer that includes all premium add-ons and future releases for 12 months. Before proceeding, I’d appreciate clarification on a few points:

1. Trial Option: Is there any way to test the full premium plan (including all add-ons) for a shorter period, such as 1–2 months, before committing to the full year? (we will pay for those 2 month)

2. Renewal Policy: Since the plan is billed annually (599€ + applicable taxes), what happens after the 12 months if we choose not to renew?

• Will we lose access to the add-ons and tools?

• Will the applications we've built using those features still function?

4. Tax Clarification: We're based in the Dominican Republic. How is tax calculated in our case? Is VAT charged for non-EU customers?

5. Paid Support: Do you offer hourly or on-demand technical support (outside of GitHub issues)? If so, what are the available options and pricing?

6. License Scope: How many Laravel projects can we use the premium plan on? Is it per developer, per company, or per project?

7. Add-on Ownership: If we stop renewing, do we still have access to the versions of the add-ons we downloaded during the subscription period?

8. Does the Application will required connection to a BackPack/Laravel server to validate access.
   (Some of our installation have outside access restriction) Please Elaborate if yes

• Trial? No short-term paid trial, but we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Plenty of time to explore everything.

• After 12 months?

  • You keep the versions of all add-ons you downloaded.
  • Your apps will keep working just fine.
  • You’ll just lose access to updates & support unless you renew.

• Taxes? Since you're based in the Dominican Republic (non-EU), VAT is not charged. You’ll be billed 599€ flat.

ok if we go with: Backpack PRO for One Project + DevTools

1. Does is come with a Clean Theme? (since CoreUIV2--4 is deprecated?) What themes for vertical/side menu is Available?
2. If we test using "Backpack PRO for One Project + DevTools" how about upgrade to "Everything" Pack later. how it work?

1. Backpack offers three themes that come ready to use and all of them support vertical/side menu. You can see all three in the demo via theme picker. Building a custom theme is also supported.
2. You can buy the everything package later. For help on the upgrade, you can write to us at hello@backpackforlaravel.com and we'll help you out with it.

what this mean? during Buy Process:
(also since we manage 5 Server with have 5 Different Domain same application)

we will develop Locally and test on Production Server what will happened with license locally running in a myserver.company.local?

What's the domain name?
You will be licensed to use Backpack on:
example.com
All subdomains are covered by the same license (eg. staging.myapp.com), just use the same license code. If you're not sure of the domain name yet, use the project name.

• If your 5 domains are subdomains of same parent domain, then one project license is OK.
  • one project license is also fine to run locally on any number of local domains.
• If your 5 different Domains are totally different, then Everything license is OK for multi projects and domains.

ok we will be buying Laravelbackpack PRO today (and start installation next Monday)

Any advice? we will be installing Laravel (what version?) and LaravelBackPack 7beta
Installation procedure for both? (links)

We will be just testing, nothing on production maybe for about 5+ month
