ppxopt breaking change

I just tried compiling elpi with ppxopt 0.36.0 and it fails because Pexp_fun does not exist anymore. Switching to ppxopt 0.35.0 works.

Did you try the new combination of versions by chance or was it needed to install other packages?
My plan was to merge #276 and bump the dependency at some point in the future, has this moment arrived?

OCaml 5.4 (to be released soon) only supports ppxlib ≥ 0.36.
