Off by 1 error with respect to ddf

Raising this issue ahead of busy week. Should have a quick fix?

Often I have pipeline runs fail due to a difference in naming in the ddf/SOLSDIR directory and the output of the concatenation step in the VLBI pipeline. Often the culprit is that SOLSDIR/L??????_126MHz_uv-pre-cal.ms becomes L??????_127MHz_uv-pre-cal.ms in VLBI pipeline and the same for 128->129MHz.

This annoyingly kills pipelines and I assume there is an easy fix.

Using LINC's full-resolution mode I think this shouldn't occur anymore, since it'll have the LINC naming from the start, so using that would be the "easy fix".

For the root of the issue: if I remember right the MSes themselves are equivalent basically to the dot, so it's just the naming that is different. Maybe a subtly different reference SB or something to do with rounding based on higher channel resolution?

It is indeed a duplicate.

I think there could be something where a channel gets flagged in the previous step and then the naming shifts in some way. If we are all moving to full-resolution then I will let it go.

It's what I would recommend, but it is for sure a good discussion point for the busyweek.
