CPAN modules for Perl 5.42

Perl 5.42 was released in July, and we're starting to see Linux distributions incorporate this version.

openSUSE Leap 16.0 is already out, and Fedora 43 is due imminently. Users have six months of support remaining on their previous distribution releases, so no immediate hurry.

I'm somewhat lazy, usually waiting to see some demand before I build. One reason obviously is that I don't want to build what is not used. The other is that some distributions often are quicker than others, but eg. use a more recent glibc than the other. Which makes those binaries fail on the other distro. I believe Fedora is such a candidate, which would produce binaries which later will fail on Ubuntu (for the same Perl version and platform, of course).

As mentioned on the other PR I'll try to get some numbers about RPM users and Perl versions. Would be good to see how many of them are running current distributions.
