Save flight, satellite, and intersection data for later use in HDF5, netCDF or JLD files

Use a flag in the kwargs to save output of FlightDB, SatDB and Intersection data in netCDF, HDF5 or JLD format.

Saving could also occur outside the package in a script that processes TrackMatcher.

Easiest to save data with JLD2 in a script that utilizes the TrackMatcher software. But documentation should be updated to include an example script.
