how to plot only one element of a type 2000

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am using type 1D and it is displaying all layers of my type 2000 file. I was wondering how to set up sigplot to only display the 1st layer or only the second layer. This is not really an enhancement, I'm hoping the capability already exists.

@kmun To clarify, you're using overlay_href, right? Through modifying hcb overrides, you could force it to plot only the first row, but the capability to select and plot arbitrary rows from a T2000 file doesn't currently exist, unfortunately. That said, it wouldn't be difficult to add.

I will have to look into the HCB overrides. not sure I've ever done that. I do only want the first row, so if the HCB override can do that, then perhaps that's a solution for me. Do you have more information on the HCB override? Yes I am doing an overlay_href BTW.
