Onboard Graphics in Container

### Description of the bug

Are we able to run stuff on the onboard iGPU of the NUC from the container?

Has everything been passed through correctly... can we make it faster?

### Steps To Reproduce

Run something in the container such as rviz, you get open some errors about GPU acceleration - is this a container problem or is this a non-Nvidia problem?
