Hi folks! I was reading your paper and saw this repo, thanks so much for sharing it! Just wanted to let you know that there's no license on this, meaning that even though you've shared the source, the code remains proprietary (all rights reserved is the default licensing) and does not permit derivative work.

I'm guessing that since you've released this source, your intention was to permit any derivative work? If that's the case, I'd be happy to put in a PR for the MIT or BSD license (or any other license if you'd prefer).
