Limit datatype option for some fields

For some fields, only an IRI is valid. For other fields this is also true for literals.

ensure that only valid data type option is allowed for cases such as:

• Version [literal]
• Version IRI [IRI]
• Creator > URL [IRI]

Will need to review the VocPub shapes for VocEdit. Shouldn't be a problem to support this.
