IRI schemes and patterns support

The form allows free text editing of an IRI suffix. While this is a valid approach, other schemes and patterns should be supported. A system supported pattern will not only reduce workload and improve consistency, it will enable tasks such as adding concept using label-only entry (such as adding a new Top concept to the Concept Scheme).

Consider integrating a UUID minting service so that new concepts may be minted automatically with a UUID suffix. Or a simple numeric system could also be system generated.

Consider also updating the Create New Concept dialogue. This part of the form should focus on addition of a label, with system generated IRI suffix generated. Possibly an IRI suffix override option should be included.

Will this work for the "Create New Concept" dialog?

Keep it as it is now where it accepts a local name as free text. For example, creating a new concept "apple" under the concept scheme https://example.com/fruits results in the concept IRI https://example.com/fruits/apple.

An optional button can be added to generate a random UUID if users prefer using opaque local names.

Have an option to provide an IRI using a different namespace. This could be a toggle that replaces the above display with a single input field allowing the user to enter any IRI they like.

With regards to the external persistent identifier service, if there is interest, let's track that in a new issue and keep this one focused on the dialog concerns.
