Add Fuseki config templates for

• basic tdb2
• geosparql tdb2
• fts tdb2
• geosparql + fts tdb2
• delta tdb2
• delta + geosparql + fts tdb2

noting that https://github.com/Kurrawong/fuseki-container-image/blob/main/testdata/config-geosparql.ttl would be a good base for the geosparql tdb2 base template, but I would remove the jena assembler and subclass declarations stuff from the top of the file (assuming they are not necessary) to make it more minimal and easier to understand.
