Issue: NWC Connection Timeout Blocks Access to BTCPayServer

I'm using BTCPayServer 2.0.4, and after an NWC connection times out, I can't access my BTCPayServer. Instead of showing a specific error for the NWC timeout, the server returns a 504 Gateway Timeout for the entire site. This prevents me from accessing and changing the Lightning setup for my main store. I have only one store on that server, with only lightning, and for the lightning configuration I used a NWC connection . The node that issued that NWC connection is offline right now, and I cannot access that btcpayserver store, and since it is the only store, I can't access the whole btcpayserver.

I also can't remove the Nostr plugin manually due to the lack of server access, of course, I cannot update to btcpayserver v 2.0.5 either.

same on v2.0.2, when lightning node is offline, then whole BTCPay dashboard breaks 🤯

There seems to be an issue 1.1.18.0 with multiple stores both using the NWC plugin with different NWC connection secrets leading to notifications for one of the stores to stop working.

Also when I try creating a connection without notifications support, it says that I have missing permissions (I thought it should work without notifications permission and fall back to polling lookup_invoice)
