Design / developer experience for the Wizard pages needs work

Apart from the first page (Which is topmost) how does a designer add controls the to the other pages ?
Each page could be made a separate "User Control" so that the designer / developer can add controls on each page, and keep the functionality for that page within the page class that needs it.

Looking at the files, could we just convert both StepWizardControl & WizardControl over to Krypton?

How far would you want to go with this transfer? (i.e. the CommandLinkButton, MessageBox. etc)

It can use the existing controls, the difficulty would be the back button, as it uses a bit blit technique
