[ENHANCEMENT] Make Note Tags case matched. #1373
Description
As it stands now, if you are adding tags to notes in any mode (local or shared) you have to repeat typing in the tag name instead of it popping up a list of existing tags.
Repeatedly typing in the same tags for multiple notes on multiple shapes can be bothersome.
Typically, what should happen is as you start typing, suggestions of the correct tag should show and be selectable.
Not sure how hard it would be to implement, as I am not sure if anywhere else there are suggestions given. Tell a lie, you can search for notes that way, so the code must be there.
Just a thought.
