How to remove a conty container and all associated files?

I have tried Conty and i stalled several applications using it. Now I want to get rid of all stuff installed with it since I ran conty.sh for the first time, including the files in $HOME. Is there a simple way to do that with a few commands?

Remove ~/.local/share/Conty directory and conty.sh itself, that's all.
