Arrow from Excalidraw are missing

Hmm I'm not sure what version of the plugin are you using. I'd recommended using the beta version (instructions in the readme) and let me know if it is better

The beta should work the same as the other one, why aren't you able to export in the beta?

with the beta that works fine, it is very powerful with the graph!!!.

an idea to define the order the left tab. I would like to have the Introduction note in first place before the folder.
