Change the design of the "Browse Projects" page to be a marketplace

Description

We want this page to look like a GoFundMe or Kickstarter:

• Regular users / public will see approved projects that can be invested in and some basic information about the company when they open.
• Investors will see the same thing as regular users, but they'll see additional detailed information about the startups, as well as the ability to fund them.
• Admins will see ALL PROJECTS rather than just approved projects (unsubmitted, waiting for review, rejected, etc...) and will see a detailed view of companies when clicked on, with the ability to fund a project or:
  • If the company is ready to review, they'll see a "Review submission" button.
  • If a company has already been approved/rejected, they'll see a "View submission answers" button.
