Investigate ticket generation works properly still

Take a look at the current QR/ticket generation flow and make sure that it still working. If its not working properly, outline what is not working with details.

Currently, the ticket is showing up on the myticket page, but for each user, it is the same ticket, which means that new ticket generation/flow is not working.
