Implement routing logic for Mentors/Sponsors/VIP

Description

Mentors, Sponsors, and VIP's should have access to the following paths:

• Home Page
• Schedule Page
• Networking Page

Separate Routes in case accessible routes change for each role. In other words, don't put them in one route like this

const MentorSponsorVIPRoutes: homepage schedule page networking page

Leave accessCheck arrays empty for each path, as they will be implemented later when the accessChecks are completed.
