Some URLs still not compatible with sub-hosting

Some urls such as the unfriend button on a user profile still point to a relative url that does not work with sub hosting (example.com/something/hosted/blah/#/user/21)
Several of the URLs were fixed in #65, however this and possibly others still haven't been switched over.
