Update a collection automatically when a list changes

I would like that the script runs automatically when a list changes or updates, for example, an IMDB list.
Someone knows how to do it?

the script isn't designed to receive hooks telling it to run. That's why I designed it to run on a schedule daily so that it would pick up any list changes and update them each day
