Movies missing, but they're not?

I'm having some difficulty with Movies not getting added to the collection.

I have the Harry Potter movies:

try doing a refresh all metadata on the library in the Plex UI or just refresh the afflicted movies

ok Ill look into this more but they're not being added because they're not being mapped the first part where they fail to be added to the cache also fails to add them to the map. Is your plex server up to date?

Okay, I've worked it out based on your original recommendation.

Refresh metadata for entire library seems to have a different effect to selecting all and doing refresh metadata that way.

The ONLY way to get it to do the correct refresh is to use a desktop web browser directly to server's Plex Web. (Plex.tv will NOT work)

i.e. hover over cover art and select top left most item in library, scroll to bottom, hold shift whilst selecting bottom right most item in library, then click 3 dots to refresh metadata for selected items.
