Can someone explain the UI ?

TL;DR: Can someone explain the UI to me please ? I have two identical devices ( SONOFF ZBMINI ), but they have different settings. Or at least it seams to be from the UI. Can someone explain to me what is the difference between these settings ?

Both devices were only connected to my zigbee network. I haven't changed any of these settings. Both devices are identical ( SONOFF ZBMINI ) and have the same firmware version.

I read everything I could about binding and reporting in the manual - I don't think I need any of it in my case. But my question is about the UI itself - I don't understand it at all, I think it's confusing. What is actually set in the BIND tab when both "BIND" and "UNBIND" buttons are enabled ? I haven't found any documentation describing z2m UI anywhere. I'm willing to do a pullrequest and help with UI documentation, but I need to understand it first.

EDIT: Zigbee2MQTT version is 2.4.0, just in case.
