This is a copy of an existing converter: TS0601 _TZE200_8ply8mjj. If there's a better way (i.e. to re-use the existing code) please let me know.

One small difference between this PR and TS0601 _TZE200_8ply8mjj is that the sensitivity property is read-only as setting the value from z2m didn't work (I'm assuming it's not supported on this device).
