"OntoSoft identifies software that Ingestr (new software added to Ontosoft) relates to or depends on, such as R, and automatically adds it to the registry. Notice there's also an entry for "Web browser" that was automatically generated from metadata I entered about my various JavaScript libraries.
This bug is tied the section: "What other software does the software require to be installed ?" After deleting the separate standalone entry for "R", OntoSoft automatically deleted the content with the "What other software..." section of Ingestr. This is undesirable behavior."
