• Open API based routing

  This milestone will introduce new routing configuration that base on Open API (instead of current routing that is defined by `defaultFlow` and `customFlow`). Together with the change of routing, some Knot.x modules will become Vert.x handlers instead of standalone verticles (splitter, assembler, repository). Defining new routing also will enable making Knot.x core more consistent and moving features such forms support and templating engine outside the core possible.
