Should we use asgiref?

Currently, we use asgiref for ASGI types. Should we really use a package just for that? Would it make sense just to vendor it?

Pros:

• Less duplicated code between Starlette and Uvicorn.

Cons:

• Using another package

asgiref is a pure python wheel, so vendoring wouldn't save any install time or download time
