TestClient doesn't send cookies automatically

I building test scripts using cookies.

httpx says that seting cookies in calls will be depricated. But without it doesn't work
This will lead to errors in the future #2770

for now I use this.

latest fastapi and starlette
httpx 0.25.2

    # Log in to set the cookie
    login_user(client, test_email, TEST_PASSWORD)

    # Make request without manually setting headers - client sends cookie
    response = client.get(
        "/users/me", cookies={AUTH_COOKIE_NAME: client.cookies[AUTH_COOKIE_NAME]}
    )

I get the warning

python3.12/site-packages/httpx/_client.py:799: DeprecationWarning: Setting per-request cookies=<...> is being deprecated, because the expected behaviour on cookie persistence is ambiguous. Set cookies directly on the client instance instead.
