🎯 Purpose:
Lets admins define custom auto-responses for specific trigger words or phrases. The bot replies automatically when someone types a matching message.

📦 Command Example:

/auto-response trigger: "how do I verify?"  
response: "To verify, go to #verify and click the ✅ button."

💡 Features:

• Supports regex or exact-match triggers.
• Can send:
• Plain text responses
• Embeds
• Attachments (like images or PDFs)
• Optional cooldown per user/channel to avoid spam.

🔧 Subcommands:
/auto-response list → Shows all configured triggers.
/auto-response remove (trigger) → Deletes a response.
/auto-response toggle → Enable/disable the whole system per server or channel.

🔐 Permissions:

• Only admins/managers can create, edit, or remove responses.
• Triggers can be scoped to specific channels or roles.
