Is there a end of life planned for V1

V2 is out for something like a year, I can't see if there is a EOL planned for the V1.
Did I missed a communication or there is no such a plan?

Hi, I did not think of it yet. But now that you open the topic, I think I could accept/provide bugfixes (only) for v1 until end of 2025. Do you suggest I add this information somewhere in the project documentation?

I would say yes, some
distros still propose only v1 via package management - ubuntu 22 and 24 as far as I know

It might be a good thing to warn about v1 end of life or deprecation or end of support, don’t know what is the right word here
