[Suggestion] Using locales

Hi,

I just wanted to suggest you to use the QB locales function to make it easier to translate into other languages.
I've made a fork of both qb-gym and qb-skillz and made the necessary changes. You can do what you want with it :)

I've wrote it in a way so that you NEED to use both of them, and the locale is placed inside qb-skillz for both of the scripts (it made it easier as the gym-script calls for Skills from the skillz-script)
