I mostly edit the configuration to change the default factions and difficulty settings

Short Issue Description

Crates spawned by Zeus have 0 resources

Expected Behaviour

Usually the spawned crates by Zeus menu should have at least 100 resources from each type

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Enter Commander Slot
Enter Zeus Mode
Spawn any of the crates defined in the used blufor preset file
Check for resources

Screenshots, Serverlog or any other helpful Information

I upload a polacode screenshot from the error i get when i spawn a crate on Zeus, also im adding the rpt on txt format cause github dont accept rpt formar files

As part of some sort of testing out if could be anything on my end like any compatiblity issue or mods related, i kinda figure it out thats could be something maybe related on how the things spawned on zeus are being handled.

I only load RHS Mods (USAF, AFRF, SAF and GREF ), ACE and TFAR mod, but i got the exact same result with the crates
