Displays "Not secure" on Chrome

I followed this tutorial-issue-tls-server-certificates-with-ejbca.
But when I config my nginx service, it displays "Not secure" on Chrome.

I think I need to add the Subject Alternative Name (SAN), but I don't know how to.
Is there any tutorial?

If you click on it it should display some information why it displays the not secure label. It may be that the RootCA certificate is not installed as a trusted issuer.
