improve row drag-and-drop animation

The MRT row ordering feature is great, but the animation could be better. Specifically, when dragging a row, the other rows don't move out of the way as you drag it into a new position, making it hard to tell exactly what the new order will be:

Here I can clearly see where the new item will appear in the list.

Could MRT's animation look more like react-beautiful-dnd's?
