MRT Filtering doubt

Hey pals, I have been using MRT in my project, the thing here is my product is a real-time instance metric monitoring application with AI integrated, my problem here is I have mapped the data(IP and status of IP). when I search in the MRT search feature it says no data found even though the substring I entered is there.

Please help me with this, I'll be working on this in the meantime.
