Is there a way to remove/customize the "of #" on the bottom of a table?

Hi,

Really appreciate all the work going into MRT, really loving all its capabilities! I currently have a table that is using manual pagination:

Here, I have rows selection (dynamically changing) and pagination icons that allow me to paginate forward, backward, and to the beginning.

I went through documentation and discussions but couldn't find much - is it possible to adjust the 1-10 of 20 such that it can just be 1-10 or remove it completely even? I've played around with varying configuration changes but haven't been able to resolve this.
