Custom game backgrounds

We _could_ offer the ability for BikeTag Ambassadors to set custom backgrounds for their games. This would show up on the main home page, and probably not other parts of the site. This also brushes up against the possibility of covert adverts making their way to the site so we should be mindful of how this is implemented. Maybe an approval process for when a custom background is uploaded?
