Add option to turn off tracyException processor #23
Description
Our produciton is running on heroku and we do not want to have .html error files generated by tracy, i did not find how to turn it off.
My proposal is to add some parameter into config and check for it the same way for example as if ($config['tracyBaseUrl'] !== NULL) { does.
