Doesn't work

I start the application and I don't get the expected feedback on keypresses. When I hold down ALT+TAB, however, I do see a window listed with ALT+TAB showing in it. There seems to be no way to switch to that window and I do not see it anywhere else. I am using two displays but it doesn't appear on either. I also tried changing the settings to show it at different pixel locations and nothing helps.
