Un-submit Timesheet

I don't think I see an option to un-submit a timesheet once you've submitted it. It would be great if users can un-submit their own timesheet in case they make a mistake.
Right now, it needs to be rejected by the approver for the timesheet to be un-submitted.

Additionally, is there a way to allow Teamleads to undo approvals? It would also be helpful if that is an option in Roles permissions.
