Turbine support

I'd love to use this program, but it seems to be outdated. Also, do you plan on supporting turbines as well?

Turbine support would be awesome to have. It does feel outdated though too like previously stated. Any other alternatives that you could suggest to myself and others in the meantime while this program is being worked on would be helpful as well.

this is the current version that I have edited (crudely) to treat the steam buffer the same as it does the energy buffer, if you install the standard version then this one making sure to delete the calibration file using reCalibrate

Files can be sent to computer by draging them onto the computer screen

There's a few reasons why turbine support hasn't been added:

• I haven't actually played with the turbines much if at all, so the mechanics are a bit unknown to me
• I'm unsure how the UI will look for turbines
• Backwards compatibility
• The biggest reason: I don't actively play minecraft anymore.

That said, a few weeks ago I noticed people are/were actually using this program, which means the world to me, so I will at least make sure to maintain the program so that it does not break anymore, like it did with the pastebin API change.

While I figure out how to add turbine support without breaking the scripts of existing users, I recommend checking out this other script over here:

Also, I couldn't get this working. I'm also on 1.21.1, no idea if that makes a difference.

So just revisiting - The original goal of this program was to have some one-click option to control any energy reactor, no configuration required, no external battery, nothing. Due to the nature of turbines, its usually a lot more work to set up than a simple energy reactor. It's pretty much guaranteed that you need to hook up to some sort of steam storage and external power storage to manage the turbines efficiently. An update to this program that uses an external battery, steam buffer, and turbine might as well be a completely new program. A simple "just place the computer and run the script" setup is not really possible here

I think I will cancel any plans for turbine support and just let this program do what it is good at, which is managing a simple reactor setup with no extra work from the user. If you really want to min-max the efficiency, or need to run turbines, you are better off using a more sophisticated program like the one linked in the readme.

I might eventually revisit and make a separate program just to manage turbines, but given my track record with timelines, I'll leave that as a "maybe."

Happy to discuss, but likely going to be closing as not planned in the future.
