Need a way to disable update task

Idea Description

I am running Kavita using docker compose in a private environment. Under the Server Settings Page, I can see the cron setting for "Check Updates" but cannot find a way to edit this. I actually need to disable it. Everytime the check runs, I get a error on the bottom right screen notifiy that it cannot reach github which is correct for me since my network blocks access to github.
